Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
- Include photos of the item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

Incorrect Orders:
- If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the following:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital download products.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- Step 2: Wait for approval and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Step 3: Ship the product back to the address provided.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
